Window World TX is really proud to be part of the four-day Austin Fan Fest this weekend in the Warehouse District of downtown Austin. It’s put on by the Circuit of the Americas to get everyone ready for the upcoming Formula 1 Grand Prix! We’ll be at the Fan Fest to show off The Stinger, a centennial tribute to the first winning Indianapolis 500 car. The car was created and designed by Window World to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The car has a graphics package that features the name of nearly every living Indy 500 racer, and it’s currently on a nationwide tour to obtain signatures from each of those racing icons! Today, 1995 Indy 500 champ Jacques Villeneuve will sign The Stinger at the Austin Fan Fest.
The car will be on display all weekend, so we hope you can stop by and see it! There will also be plenty of live music, food and fun for the whole family.
